You’ll welcome late-arriving guests, audit and balance financial reports, and prepare clear end-of-day summaries for management. A guest-first mindset and the ability to work independently at 3am are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting skills and solid computer literacy.
• Calm, dependable presence; sharp at 3am as at 9pm.
• Self-sufficiency—confident handling the property overnight.
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most.
• Guest-first mindset, even during quiet hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and handle overnight check-ins/check-outs with genuine hospitality.
• Close out the day: audit and balance financial reports across all hotel departments.
• Prepare clear, accurate end-of-day summaries for management to hit the ground running each morning.
• Serve as the go-to problem-solver overnight—guest requests to security concerns—often working independently.
• Spot and flag discrepancies before they become tomorrow's headaches.
