Job summary

Courtyard Austin Northwest/Lakeline is seeking a detail-driven Night Auditor to own the overnight shift. You’ll welcome late-arriving guests, manage overnight check-ins and check-outs, and keep the property running smoothly through the night.

You’ll audit daily financials, prepare end-of-day summaries for management, and serve as the go-to problem-solver while working largely solo. A calm, accurate approach and strong work ethic are essential to ensure accurate records and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Basic accounting skills.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Calm, dependable presence on overnights.
• Self-sufficient and capable of handling overnight operations solo.
• Hospitality experience is a plus; strong work ethic and attention to detail matter most.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and handle overnight check-ins/check-outs with hospitality.
• Audit and balance financial reports across all hotel departments.
• Prepare clear end-of-day summaries for management to hit the ground running each morning.
• Serve as the go-to problem-solver overnight — often working independently.
• Spot and flag discrepancies before they become tomorrow's headaches.
