Job summary

Prismhr Hire in Austin, TX is seeking a personable hotel front desk professional to greet guests, answer calls, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. The role emphasizes warm service and accurate handling of guest needs throughout overnight shifts.

You'll perform night audit duties, post daily transactions, process end-of-day card payments, and help compile the property's daily financial data, contributing to a welcoming, organized hotel environment for guests and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must be able to work 11pm-7am, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with exceptional service in person or by phone.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out in a friendly and timely manner.
• Perform night audit checklist and post daily rate transactions.
• Process end-of-day credit cards and compile daily financial data.
