• Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food & beverage cash and credit operations.
• Run the final night audit once all revenue is balanced and verified.
• Deliver data-driven performance insights to rooms management.
• Protect the brand and business from liability and fraud.
• Serve as the welcoming face at the front desk for late-arriving guests.
