Job summary

Kessler Hotels in Georgia is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and ensure accurate guest billings and city ledger transactions. You may be called upon to assist with front desk duties and reservations as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to cross-train, and strong numerical and communication skills in a boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accurate guest billing.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate concerns and issues to hotel management.
• Perform guest service duties as required, including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile front desk and food & beverage cashiers’ work and daily reports.
