Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 6:30 AM). You will ensure accurate nightly financial operations, check guests in/out, and provide exceptional service in a quiet, overnight setting.

The role suits someone who enjoys independent work, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable using hotel systems. Training provided, with opportunity to grow within Coral Hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service/front desk experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Answer questions about the resort and local attractions.
• Process reservations and guest payments.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Balance daily revenue and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure smooth overnight resort operations.
