Job summary

Colwen Management Inc. seeks a PM Front Desk/Night Audit for Residence Inn Boston Downtown/South End to cover 2 overnight shifts and 3 PM Front Desk shifts. The role requires professionalism, strong guest service, and accurate nightly close.

You will manage check-ins/outs, post charges, balance ledgers, and ensure smooth front desk operations while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to handle difficult guests tactfully.
• Familiarity with local area, ability to provide directions and information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software; ability to learn PMS.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges, balancing ledgers, and running night audit/daily close; back up and roll date.
