Job summary

Residence Inn Natick is seeking a friendly Night Auditor/PM Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role covers two overnight shifts and three PM front desk shifts, with duties spanning guest check-in to post-departure.

You will balance ledgers, run the night audit, manage guest inquiries, and maintain front desk operations while upholding Colwen standards and delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout and post-departure.
• Complete end of day activities including posting charges to accounts, balancing ledgers, run night audit/daily close, back-up and roll date.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure check-in/check-out are timely.
• Communicate with Lead Audit team regarding daily closing and issues.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas neat and orderly, adhere to brand standards.
