Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Process guest registrations, room assignments, and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local information.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute required overnight reports.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Report any unusual activity or safety concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and internal communications during overnight hours.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and presentable.
• Provide exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.
