Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Night Audit Associate to oversee the overnight guest registration process and promote hotel services. This role provides a visible, guest-facing presence and directly influences the guest experience through attentive service and upsell opportunities.

Shifts typically run 9pm–7am with a 20% commission on upsells. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable in a fast-paced environment, and able to stand for long periods while handling

Starts at $19.00 plus Overnight shift differential, and 20% commission on Upsells. Shifts may be 9pm – 7am; subject to change based off of business demands.

Night Audit Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions during the overnight shift. The highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries, checking guests in/out, room service orders, etc. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or have interest in Hotel clerk positions, we’d love to hear from you!
