Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in Frisco, TX is seeking a Night Audit Manager to ensure courteous check-in/out, maintain four-star standards, and manage the overnight audit process. The role includes handling guest issues, serving as Manager on Duty, and coordinating with front office and other departments.

Experience in full-service hotel front office and night audit is preferred; strong English communication and computer system skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overnight operations of the hotel and serves as Manager on Duty when required.
• Timely and accurate preparation of the Daily Report (DBS).
• Resolve guest issues promptly and diplomatically.
• Follow all emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare VIP, comped, house-use, and out-of-order lists accurately.
• Ensure proper guest registration and credit procedures.
• Distribute nightly reports to management and relevant teams.
• Process guaranteed no-show billings efficiently.
• Maintain current backup reports.
• Handle Express Check-Outs and ensure completion.
• Ensure adherence to all systems and control procedures.
• Complete third shift Night Audit checklist and responsibilities.
• Balance daily postings and revenue accurately.
