Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for our Fort Worth Marriott property. This overnight role greets guests, handles check-ins, balances the books, and maintains smooth operations while guests sleep.

You’ll work 11 PM–7 AM, produce nightly reports, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure security and guest satisfaction. A high school diploma and at least one year in hospitality are required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel/Sheets, and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage overnight check-ins/outs (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize nightly transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain guest safety.
• Create Daily Flash Reports for management with nightly insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep overnight operations smooth.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues independently.
