Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Audit professional for overnight coverage to welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and reconcile daily receipts. The role requires accuracy in billing, cash handling, and reporting while ensuring secure financial controls.

Responsibilities include closing out daily transactions, coordinating with front desk and F&B systems, and preparing reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Respond to guests' needs and requests.
• Secure payments, verify and adjust bills as needed.
• Record transactions and manage receipts using the FD computer system; generate daily reports.
• Close out daily operations for front desk and food & beverage systems.
• Summarize nightly operations and communicate with relevant departments.
• Ensure seamless rollover to the next business day.
