Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly front desk operations in Lafayette, IN. You will reconcile daily financial activity, manage guest services, and ensure accurate reporting for the next day’s operations.

The role emphasizes producing precise accounting, handling overnight customer interactions, and maintaining security and SOP adherence while supporting the Front Office leadership team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in accounting or front office is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Reconcile daily front desk accounting and post room charges.
• Run the trial balance and prepare next-day reports for appropriate departments.
• Provide exemplary guest service and promptly address complaints.
• Manage cash handling, house banks, and receipt reports.
