• Comfort with desk-based tasks for long periods; light lifting per shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Reconcile daily front desk transactions and prepare reports.
• Run trial balances to post rooms and close the day; distribute reports.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve complaints.
• Handle payments, manage a house bank, and prepare receipts.
• Maintain access to safety deposit boxes and post charges as needed.
• Respond to guest needs and upsell where appropriate to drive revenue.
• Close shifts accurately with required signatures and codes.
• Adhere to SOPs and use the PM System and equipment properly.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate important updates.
