Holiday Inn Lafayette City Centre is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, reconcile daily financials, and ensure accurate reporting for the upcoming day. You will greet guests, handle reservations, and maintain security of funds during the overnight shift.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, attention to detail, and adherence to hotel SOPs while coordinating with the Front Office Leadership Team to ensure smooth night operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in hotel front desk or accounting is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Reconcile daily front desk accounting and post room charges.
• Run the trial balance and close the day; prepare next‑day reports for multiple departments.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Handle payments, maintain a house bank, and prepare receipt reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with luggage and local area information.
• Adhere to SOPs and operate the PMS and electronic key equipment.
