The Night Auditor will greet guests, process check-ins/outs, manage payments, and prepare end-of-day reports for several departments. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems.
• Knowledge of hotel services and local area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Reconcile daily front desk accounting and close the day.
• Prepare and distribute next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Provide courteous guest service and promptly handle inquiries and complaints.
• Process payments, maintain a house bank, and prepare receipt reports.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Operate the Property Management System and Electronic Key Equipment, keeping area tidy.
• Follow SOPs and coordinate with other departments as needed.
