Job summary

AFP Management Corp is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile hotel cashier transactions, review management reports, and ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. The role may include check-in/check-out, switchboard operation and reservations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of hotel experience, and solid guest service skills. Flexibility for overnight hours and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports according to hotel standards.
• Prepare and distribute month-end reports.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Cashier’s work.
• Handle guest requests and assist with check-in/check-out and reservations.
