Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Audit/Guest Service Agent to support overnight front desk operations and ensure a welcoming guest experience. The role covers the Night Audit shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with occasional daytime support as needed.

You will handle guest check-ins/outs, process transactions, and communicate effectively with other departments to maintain accurate financial activity and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys, and prepare guest bills.

• Respond to guest questions and requests with prompt, friendly service.
• Maintain front desk operations during overnight shifts and coordinate with daytime staff.
