Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Night Audit/Guest Service Agent to support overnight operations and guest experience at our Waterford, CT property. The role primarily covers the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift, with occasional daytime front desk coverage.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, organized and able to work independently overnight, transitioning to day shifts as needed. Responsibilities include front desk tasks, reconciling nightly transactions, and ensuring accurate daily

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank guests in a sincere, friendly, and professional manner while providing attentive service throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, assign rooms, prepare guest bills, and complete related front desk and administrative responsibilities.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Post charges and payments accurately to the appropriate guest accounts and ensure information is properly recorded.
• Complete all required duties and tasks according to established daily and/or Night Audit checklists.
• Communicate important guest information, requests, and operational updates to appropriate departments and team members to ensure continuity of service and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, working to resolve concerns and create a positive overall guest experience.
