Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11pm to 7am. You will greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and reconcile daily receipts while preparing guest bills and ensuring system accuracy.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and excellent customer service. Ability to work independently or in a team, with flexible hours and a commitment to security and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during check-in and check-out.
• Respond to guests' needs and requests.
• Secure payment, verify and adjust bills as needed.
• Handle accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts and credit via FD computer system.
• Close out the day for front desk and F&B systems.
• Summarize nightly operations and communicate with departments.
• Ensure rollover from one business day to the next.
