Job summary

Commonwealth Hotels’ Candlewood Suites Carrollton is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth overnight operation.

The role focuses on guest service, reservations handling, payment processing, and coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance while maintaining accurate PMS records. Weekend/holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Process payments and ensure accuracy per hotel policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Upsell hotel services and promote amenities to guests.
