Fairfield Inn & Suites Kenosha Pleasant Prairie is seeking a Night Auditor to support guests overnight, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will welcome guests at check-in, verify billing, handle guest inquiries, maintain confidentiality of records, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with hotel teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or related industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and complete arrival/check-in with accurate information.
• Verify billing, thank departing guests, and encourage return visits.
• Engage with guests via phone or email in line with brand standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest records and processing logs.
• Promote loyalty programs and offer rate packages when appropriate.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure timely guest requests and resolutions.
