Responsibilities

• Prepare the Daily Report (DBS) accurately and on time.
• Resolve guest problems diplomatically.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Prepare VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists.
• Register guests and ensure credit procedures are followed.
• Distribute nightly reports.
• Process guaranteed no-show billings.
• Maintain current backup reports.
• Handle Express Check-Outs.
• Adhere to systems and control procedures.
• Complete third shift Night Audit checklist and responsibilities.
• Balance daily postings and revenue.
