Job summary

Crowne Plaza North Augusta is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Office operations and ensure accurate daily financial transactions. This role blends guest service with accounting and administrative tasks, including check-ins/outs, revenue reconciliation, and daily reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong math, problem-solving, and customer service skills and can work independently while upholding IHG brand standards and StepStone Hospitality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year hotel Front Desk, night audit, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• OPERA/OPERA Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong math, computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit and balance all guest transactions, payments, and revenue.
• Reconcile Front Desk and F&B transactions including cash and card settlements.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports and guest ledger summaries.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in guest accounts and financial records.
• Complete end-of-day processing and ready systems for the next business day.
• Manage overnight Front Desk operations, including check-ins/outs and inquiries.
• Provide guest service aligned with Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and service recovery needs.
• Coordinate with security and other departments for overnight operations.
