Crowne Plaza North Augusta is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to oversee overnight Front Office operations and ensure accurate daily financial transactions. This role combines guest service with accounting and administrative duties in line with IHG brand standards.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, math, and problem-solving skills, can work independently, and will manage guest check-ins/check-outs, daily revenue reconciliation, and nightly reporting to prepare the property for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of hotel Front Desk, night audit, accounting, or related experience preferred.
• OPERA or OPERA Cloud experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical, computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide professional guest service.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and exercise sound judgment during overnight operations.

Responsabilités

• Night Audit & Financial Reporting: complete nightly audit, reconcile transactions, prepare daily financial reports, correct discrepancies, end-of-day processing.
• Front Office & Guest Services: manage overnight Front Desk operations, guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries; provide exceptional guest service; respond to requests and issues; promote loyalty enrollment.
• Overnight Operations & Security: coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance; maintain incident records; follow privacy and cash handling procedures; keep lobby clean and welcoming during overnight shift.
• Administrative Support & Compliance: maintain guest records and daily audit files; use OPERA Cloud to manage reservations and reporting; support leadership and follow brand policies.
