Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, PMS, PBX, Key system and POS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the MOD during the night-time hours.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival; register and checkout guests.
• Accept payment for guest accounts and maintain a house bank.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily receipts reports.
• Handle all cash/credit transactions and assist guests with inquiries.
• Perform audit procedures and complete daily reports (F&B, Rooms, Pace).
• Transcribe messages as PBX operator and relay guest requests.
• Assist with reservations and upsell amenities and services.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and guest information knowledge.
• Follow safety, privacy, and company policies at all times.
