Beauport Hotel Gloucester is seeking a reliable Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our team. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and maintain smooth front desk operations in a busy Gloucester property.

Qualifications

• 1 year hospitality/guest service experience required.
• Front desk or night audit experience highly preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work with efficiency, accuracy and full attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers; experience with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS is preferred.
• Ability to work with little supervision and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities
