Job summary

Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to help run overnight operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will act as Manager on Duty during night hours, perform end-of-day accounting tasks, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn hotel PMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during overnight hours.
• Process PMS night audit tasks and end-of-day accounting procedures.
• Balance cash drawer; complete daily transaction reports.
• Welcome guests with exceptional service in person and over the phone.
• Handle room and rate changes, VIP reservations, and guest requests per hotel policy.
• Maintain a clean and safe front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and local area.
• Uphold the company mission and values through professionalism, positivity, and respect.
