Lodgco is seeking a Night Audit/Front Desk Associate to support guest services at Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando I-Dr - Theme Parks. You will welcome guests, handle registrations, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth stay through accurate front desk operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of hotel experience as a plus, with a focus on exceptional guest service, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site position offering opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to operate front desk software and manage guest information efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Reliable, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform guest registrations (check ins/outs), room assignments and special requests.
• Know hotel operations, policies, procedures and internal rules.
• Be familiar with Brand operating systems and loyalty programs.
• Know guest rooms, amenities, rates, packages, discounts and promotions.
• Handle cash, check out guests, and process late charges as needed.
• Email daily reports to accounting and assist guests with issues.
