Job summary

BEST WESTERN PLUS PROVO is seeking a dependable, guest-focused professional for a front desk and overnight audit role. You will deliver excellent service, support nightly operations, and ensure guests have a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling questions, completing nightly audits, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk, guest services, hospitality, or related customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Attention to detail handling financial and operational reports.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using property management systems or similar software.
• Remain calm, professional, and service-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service throughout the overnight shift.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments accurately.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balance transactions and verify reports.
• Reconcile guest accounts, payments and folios with accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management and other departments.
• Monitor front desk activity, security procedures and property safety during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to support guest satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
