Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Night Audit to join our hospitality team in Indianapolis. You'll assist guests at the front desk, balance transactions, and run nightly audits with accuracy and courtesy. The role emphasizes guest service, privacy, and reliable operations.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required; night, weekend, and holiday availability is expected. DailyPay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently while supporting hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently and professionally at front desk.
• Provide excellent guest services.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily.
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and record revenues and statistics.
• Explain reports, folios, and procedures.
• Maintain privacy of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to guest concerns or emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
