Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests, issues room keys, and provides hotel info.
• Answers phones promptly and courteously; follows etiquette standards.
• Maintains accurate cash and credit transactions per cash handling procedures.
• Balances and audits room revenue, taxes, and guest house accounts.
• Processes night audit reports and prepares daily revenue summaries.
• Coordinates with other departments to fulfill guest requests and issues.
• Performs other duties to support front desk operations.
