Job summary

Sage Hospitality is seeking a meticulous hotel associate to audit, balance and report cash and credit across outlets and front desk operations. You’ll prepare daily reports and support guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and efficient use of computer systems and PBX equipment to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and credit for food and beverage outlets and other areas.
• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk cash handling and room charges.
• Prepare daily statistics and income journal sheets for reports.
• Run night audit final and ensure revenues are in balance.
• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Assist guest departures and close guest accounts.
• Provide timely information and courteous service to guests.
• Operate PBX and handle wake-up calls.
• Perform front desk clerk duties including express checkouts.
