Job summary

You will coordinate with the front desk and ensure smooth system resets for the next day, while communicating effectively with guests and vendors.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and associates.
• Excellent mathematical and computer skills.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of English to communicate with guests and associates.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• IHG Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary).
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly; reset systems for next day operations.
• Perform front desk supervisor, guest service, reservations, and telephone operator duties as needed.
• Attend required hotel meetings and ensure reports and vouchers are filed properly.
