Job summary

Holiday Inn Greenville SC seeks an experienced Front Office Manager on Duty to lead guest services during evening and early morning shifts. You will greet guests, manage registrations, handle requests, and ensure smooth front desk operations in alignment with brand standards.

You will execute selling strategies to boost revenue, supervise staff, and coordinate with management to deliver exceptional service while maintaining cash handling, safety, and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in accounting is preferred.
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business by assisting with future reservations.
• Report important guest information to management for follow‑up.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
