Job summary

Holiday Inn Greenville SC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms in alignment with hotel standards. You will manage linens, supplies, and cart organization while upholding privacy and hospitality for every guest.

Responsibilities include daily room cleaning, reporting discrepancies, assisting in public areas, and responding quickly to guest requests. Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms and returning rooms to ready status.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping cart.
• Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Turn in items left in rooms to Lost and Found handling.
• Ensure linen closet is organized and stocked.
• Keep supply cart and vacuum cleaner in good condition for efficiency.
• Maintain safety and security of the workspace.
• Assist in cleaning other areas of the hotel as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Know emergency procedures inside out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
