Job summary

The Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to join its guest service team. The role covers front desk operations, nightly accounting, and serving as a liaison for housekeeping during the midnight shift.

You’ll ensure accurate financial records, reconcile transactions, and support a smooth overnight operation. Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or GED, have at least one year of hotel experience, and are comfortable using PMS and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of hotel experience preferred.
• Overnight shift availability (11pm–7am) expected.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and groups.
• Operate the PMS and POS systems, and balance daily transactions.
• Audit end-of-day reports and balance accounts.
• Process currency exchanges and payments to guest accounts.
