Job summary

Baymont Greenville, SC is seeking a Hotel Guest Night Auditor to manage the front desk during the late hours, greet guests, handle registrations, and ensure accuracy of daily revenue and nightly reports. The role requires strong customer service, basic accounting experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

You will act as Manager on Duty and coordinate with daytime staff to maintain guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in accounting, is preferred
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations for alternate same brand-type products.
• Balance cash, checks and daily charges; ensure accuracy of records.
• Learn and utilize PMS system for front-desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
