Job summary

Hilton Greenville in Greenville, SC is seeking a Night Audit professional responsible for balancing daily revenue and settlements. You will audit POS tapes, run front office reports, and ensure accuracy of the daily restaurant and hotel revenue summaries.

The role requires strong English communication, numerical accuracy, and teamwork to support guest services and hotel operations during night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from POS, front office system, and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and troubleshoot computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
