Job summary

Residence Inn Anderson SC is seeking a Guest Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during Sunday-Thursday hours. You will act as Manager on Duty, respond to guest requests, balance accounts, and ensure smooth evening and early morning operations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded hotels is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Experience in accounting is preferred.
• Demonstrates honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business through future reservations and recommendations.
• Communicate with management about guest needs and shift issues.
• Ensure all cash, checks and postings balance at shift end.
• Operate the PMS system to post charges and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and public areas.
