Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor in Hyannis, MA. You will oversee overnight front desk operations, verify guest accounts, balance revenues, and assist with guest services and safety.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily front desk agents’ work and post rooms.
• Provide reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office the next day.
• Handle VIP reservations and upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure safety and hotel policy compliance and professional communication with guests.
