Job summary

Responsibilities

• Overnight operations: verify guest accounts, balance charges and revenues.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk agents’ work.
• Provide next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office.
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned.
• Support Front Office operations to deliver guest service and financial profitability.
• Handle emergencies and ensure guest and staff safety.
• Maintain front desk supplies and keep areas clean.
