Wyndham Garden New Orleans Downtown seeks an experienced Front Desk Agent / Night Audit to deliver attentive service from check-in to checkout. You will manage guest interactions, handle inquiries, and support nightly audit tasks in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• College coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, stay, and checkout.
• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork.
• Maintain operation of the Front Desk computer system and PBX console.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
