Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor in New Orleans to handle overnight guest check‑in/out and daily revenue reporting. You will run audit reports, balance accounts, and ensure accurate settlements while maintaining system integrity. A strong team player with English communication skills is essential.

Previous hotel night audit and front desk experience are preferred; a professional, reliable attitude is required to deliver exceptional guest service every night.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel night audit experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Basic mathematical skills and 10-key accuracy.
• A professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Overnight guest check-in/out and prepare daily revenue reports.
• Run audit reports from front desk system, POS, and computer.
• Make corrections and troubleshoot computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements; reset systems for next day.
• Maintain consistent attendance and be reliable on schedule.
