RAINMAKER TEAM LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the Night Audit/2nd Shift at our hotel in Frankfort, Kentucky. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, basic computer skills, and a customer‑service mindset. You will coordinate with housekeeping, process reservations and payments, maintain records, answer calls, and ensure a smooth, welcoming stay for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use hotel management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
• Answer phone calls and assist with general hotel information.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation.
