Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality in Peabody, MA is seeking a Night Auditor to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service through the overnight shift.

You and the front desk team ensure guest satisfaction by crafting seamless experiences from arrival through departure. This part-time role covers Friday and Saturday nights 11pm–7am, 16 hours weekly, with pay of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service or guest-facing role required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.

• Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests

Role Summary

• Seeking for Friday and Saturday overnight shifts

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
• Primarily standing for majority of shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
