Location: Boston Woburn Hotel, 2 Forbes Rd, Woburn, MA 01801, USA

How can there be a better job than helping the road‑weary traveler check into a fresh, clean room—especially when working the overnight shift? As the Night Auditor you may not be the first person most guests meet, but you often get to leave a lasting impression during their early‑morning check‑out. In this role you review the prior day’s books, look for anything unusual, and ensure that as the sun rises all records are accurate. You are important!

As a Night Auditor, you will:

• Be Accountable – ensure all aspects of the hotel’s records of the prior day’s operations are processed timely and accurately recorded.
• Make a Great Last Impression – while checking the guest out, inquire about their stay and let them know you really care.
• Make a Great First Impression – help guests checking in get settled in quickly and efficiently.
• Be Helpful – provide assistance and answers to guests during the overnight shift.
• Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow hotel’s safety and security policies & procedures; anticipate problems and call management as needed.

Job Requirements

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Accounting background preferred but not required; strong attention to detail necessary.
• Ability to handle cash or credit transactions and proficiency with front‑office software.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 20 pounds normally, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; may need to assist with luggage or van service (valid driver’s license required if so).
• Long hours, many of which may involve standing; ability to work independently essential.
