Job summary

The Joseph in Nashville seeks a dedicated night-front desk associate to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth nightly close-out procedures. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, balance accounts, reconcile invoices, and coordinate concierge requests to start the day well.

Prior front desk experience and a keen eye for detail are preferred. Makeready offers a wide range of benefits including PTO, health plans, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan to support our team’s well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel/front desk is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from day shift.
• Manage front desk activity, check-ins and check-outs.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities per guest preference.
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle requests/complaints and direct to appropriate team members.
• Answer internal and external calls and inquiries.

Your dedication and watchful nature help others sleep well at night. This individual loves to be up at night and being an integral part of setting up the property for the day ahead. Daily duties include: providing excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly, reconciles all accounts, and processes invoices.

Requested Tasks

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries

Requested Capabilities
