Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts, working on-site at one or more local job-sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery processes to ensure site security and smooth operation.

The role requires 2+ years of high-intensity customer service and the ability to work a shift-based schedule with flexibility. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
